Every answer here matches what the product enforces. If you find one that does not, tell us and we will fix the page.

Is the cap table really free?

Yes. The Free plan is a working cap table with unlimited seats: shares, SAFEs and notes, ownership that updates itself, 83(b) tracking, a fundraising pipeline and booking pages. It is free forever, not a trial.

What does unlimited seats mean?

Every plan, including Free, lets you add as many people as you need at no charge: cofounders, employees, advisors, investors and outside counsel. We never price by seat or by stakeholder, so a clean round or a large option grant never changes the bill.

Which plan do I need to raise a round?

Growth. It adds the investor engine: AI discovery and ranking of the firms that fit, personalized outreach and campaigns, an investor portal, and updates and board reports drafted from your numbers. Free already includes the pipeline and a ranked shortlist, so you can start working the raise on Free.

Is there a sales CRM?

Yes, on Growth and above: accounts, a sales pipeline, outbound cadences and hosted lead forms, with an AI assistant that scores and qualifies leads and drafts the follow-ups. It runs in the same workspace as your raise, with the same unlimited seats.

Which plan includes e-signatures?

Starter and above. Sending documents for signature and reusable signing templates are included with no per-envelope or per-user charge, and every signature carries a full audit trail. Free does not include sending for signature.

What happens when I use up my Founder Copilot messages?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance: 50 messages on Free, 300 on Starter, 800 on Growth and 2,000 on Scale. Free and Starter pause the Copilot until the month resets. Growth and Scale have a soft limit: the Copilot keeps working past it.

Do I need my own AI key?

No. Founder Copilot and the AI features on every plan run on Webel’s own keys, within the plan’s monthly allowance. Connecting your own key is optional.

Is there annual billing?

Yes. Every paid plan is available annually at ten times the monthly price, so two months are free: $490 a year for Starter, $990 for Growth and $1,990 for Scale.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays where it is: the workspace continues on Free, and you can resubscribe later.

Is there a plan for larger companies?

Yes. Enterprise covers custom allowances, agreements and onboarding. Contact us and we will scope it with you.
